Karbon walkaround allowed BPC to raise several issues. Lack of parking; Karbon are to forward options for new landscaping at Reenes Way. Information was shared about how the housing list works and how that relates to local families having the first refusal of the new development. |

During a walkaround with the police BPC shared reports of drug use and underage drinking. Vandalism, especially at Jubilee Park, was discussed as was Parking and Speeding. |

An appeal to Northumberland Estates to reconsider the rent rise for the toilet block has been successful and it will now be £50pa. |
